Claro’s chef, Ran Shmueli, is one of Israel’s most respected chefs for the past 25 years. The restaurant is located in a huge original Templar building from 1886, which has been meticulously restored, preserving its unique history.
It is a beautiful and festive venue offering a warm atmosphere, good music and a superb dining experience.
All the ingredients in the “Farm to Table” menu, including meat, fish, and olive oil are based on Israeli products. The menu is rich in fruits and vegetables, featuring seasonal products from the best local produce, and is updated daily with emphasis on generous portions and reasonable pricing.
